We ensure that our team stays compliant with sponsors' study protocol, FDA guidelines, local and state regulations, as well as with our company's standard operating procedures. This enables us to maintain patient safety while also ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the clinical data. A few of our training compliance requirements are:
- Updated GCP training in place for all staff
- Updated SOP training in place for all staff
- IATA training in place
Staff are trained on conducting on site EKG's, blood draws, IV administration of IP, vital signs and also performing home visits for clinical research studies as well as virtual and remote visits or telephone calls.

Chioma Ugwa
Founder
Chioma "Chi" Ugwa, has been an independent pharmacy owner at Morrisville Pharmacy & Compounding for over 15 years. From her work in the community of providing physicians and their patients with much needed medications, she spotted an opportunity to contribute to the process of getting much needed drugs from trial phases to the hands patients that need them the most.
Michael Ugwa
Operations Manager
A proud graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Studies, Michael brings a diverse skill set to our team. Hailing from Cary, North Carolina, he is deeply rooted in the community. Outside the office, Michael enjoys playing soccer, indulging in historical documentaries, and staying ahead in the business world by exploring new marketing strategies. His passion for efficiency and strategic thinking makes him an invaluable asset to our operations team.
